Procedure to apply for Deck & Engine positions

In order to apply for one of the openings from Deck/Engine Department, we request following documentation:

• Curriculum Vitae in English, which should include following information: objectives, education, work experience, the reason why you have left your last job.
• Copy of passport
• References from previous employers
• The candidates with previous experience ashore could bring letters of recommendation from their previous employers or any other document which show their previous experience
• Color photos ( format 3x 4)
• Copies of diplomas or other documents certifying or supporting your application
• Copy of police clearance
• Seaman’s book copy
• Maritime certificates:
  • National Certificate of Competency including Italian Endorsement (needed only for 3^rd, 2^ndand 1^st Engineer)
  • Basic Safety Training VI/1
  • Survival Craft and Rescue Boats VI/2
  • Advanced Fire Fighting VI/3
  • Crowd Management Training V/3.4 – V/3.6
  • Proficiency in Security Awareness STCW95 A-VI/6.4
  • Certificate of capacity or Certificate of competency
  • National Endorsement
• Sea time records (containing following details : ship name, ship type, engine type and name , engine horse power, gross tonnage, dates employed and position )
